Awful

Lovely cottages, but such poor customer service. Cottage was dirty on arrival and the cot provided looked positively dangerous and was filthy. When we phoned the lettings company, they were less than helpful. When a few days later a gas leak occurred, the lettings company basically told us it was not their problem! The cottage we rented is no longer available for holiday lets (the original owners have returned) so the firm seem to think they have nothing to apologise for or have any responsibility. Will never book with them again if this is their attitude.
